Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using East Yorkshire Sprayers's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and East Yorkshire Sprayers, a sole trader business operating in the UK. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Services Description

East Yorkshire Sprayers provides professional uPVC spraying services including:

• Window spraying and restoration
• Door refinishing and transformation
• Conservatory spraying services
• Complete uPVC transformation projects
• Color matching and consultation services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements
• Ensure access to the work area during scheduled times
• Remove any obstacles that may interfere with the work
• Make payment according to agreed terms
• Report any issues or concerns promptly

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer (BACS), debit cards, and cash. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the quoted price.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a quality guarantee. All work is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

East Yorkshire Sprayers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, as required by UK law.

8. Health and Safety

We maintain comprehensive health and safety procedures and comply with all relevant UK regulations including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We are fully insured with public liability insurance and all our staff are trained in health and safety procedures. Clients must ensure that the work area is safe and that any specific health and safety requirements are communicated to us in advance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time in accordance with applicable UK law. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. Material changes will be communicated to you where required by law.
